Questions we get a lot...
Do you open on bank holidays?
Yes! We will be open on bank holidays, but may be subject to some changes in opening hours.
Do you take cash?
No, we are a cashless venue.
Are your opening times different over Christmas?
Yes, they are often slightly different but the information will be found on our site.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! Well-behaved dogs are always welcome! We don’t allow any other pets.
I have lost an item, what do I do now?
Please email hello@kargomkt.com. All lost items will be stored by our team for 2 weeks. Alternatively, you can come and talk to our bar staff, and they will try to help you find your lost item!
When are your opening/closing hours?

Monday // 10am – 11pm (Food served until 9pm)
Tuesday // 10am – 11pm (Food served until 9pm)
Wednesday // 10am – 11pm (Food served until 9pm)
Thursday // 10am – 11pm (Food served until 9pm)
Friday // 10am – 11pm (Food served until 9pm)
Saturday // 10am – 11pm (Food served until 9pm)
Sunday // 10am – 10.30pm (Food served until 9pm)
What events do you have?
We do a range of events for all ages, and you can see what we’ve got on here
Are children allowed past a certain time?
Children are welcome until 10 PM in the evening. We welcome families and encourage them to enjoy our children’s play area and Kids Eat Free deals, which you can find here.
Can I bring my bike in?
Bikes can be stored outside of the venue. We encourage you to lock your bikes as we do not take responsibility for stolen items. For health and safety reasons, we cannot really accept bikes inside our space.
Can I still come to an event even though it’s sold out?
It would not be advisable to come to an event even if it is sold out but you are always welcome to still come along to the food hall. Events, unless private hire, do not interfere with the normal running of the space.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes! We offer 10% student discount at the bar from Sunday to Thursday.
Where can I see your menu?
Menus are ever changing to keep things fresh, authentic and vibrant but you can get a flavour of our food by visiting our Food Partner pages here. Menus will be available in front of all of our kitchens within the food hall, and we have an app available too which shows live menus at the time.
What Food Partners are halal?
Our halal kitchens are: House of Habbesha, Sunrise Caribbean, Baity, Ma-ba, Fuego 1987, Egg & Co and Bok Bok.
Do you offer a Blue Light discount?
No, we don’t offer a Blue Light discount.
Are you a walk-in food hall?
We currently welcome walk-ins for groups of up to 15 people; there’s plenty of space! For larger groups (15+), we’re happy to take bookings Monday to Thursday (excluding match days). Let us know the date, time, number of guests, and any special requests, and we’ll handle the rest! Please email hello@kargomkt.com.
Do you have any parking?
Yes, we have on-site parking in the shopping centre and find information on public parking and transport links here
Do you have any outdoor space?
Yes we do! And it’s very popular when the sun shines.
What time do kitchens stop serving food?
Main hall kitchens serve food daily from 11 AM – 9 PM. Kargo container kitchens follow the same hours but operate Thursday-Sunday. Egg & Co and Locale Coffee are open daily from 10 AM – 6 PM.
Do you have gluten-free options?
We encourage all of our Food Partners to cater to dietary needs, and each provides allergen sheets for reference.
